I love a good steak!

Especially on the grill! What are some of your favorite seasonings?! I normally use salt,pepper,and garlic powder.

I never used to like steaks very much, until now! I put a serving of Boursin cheese on top of a filet when the steak is almost done grilling, then let it rest on a plate for a few minutes before eating. The cheese melts a bit from the heat of the steak and mixes in with the juices to make a yummy sauce! Delish

My new favorite is Cajun Seasoning. I use it in everything, but it's amazing on steaks. And chicken, and mixed w/mayo as a dip, and on steamed veggies...okay, I really like it

I like "garlic pepper" and "steak seasoning" with some fresh ground pepper too... and when it's done I like to put butter and crumbeled bleu cheese on it...

marinate with balsamic vinegar, sea salt olive oil garlic and parsley.

My steak sauce is always to start with melted butter, add worcestershire (sp?) sauce, liquid smoke, garlic powder or minced garlic, salt & black pepper.
