Jalapenos
I love them on a salad or sometimes just alone. I also find that they kinda help curb your appetite. Any good recipes you'd like to share?

I'm a bit too fond of jalapeno poppers myself:
Slice pepper lengthwise Place cheese inside (I use cheddar but most here seem to use cream cheese) Wrap in bacon (or sprinkle on top) Broil until done I also use them in salsa and other Mexican food preparations. |

I'd like to try this:
Jalapeno Salad Dressing Try dressing up your favorite salad with this slightly spicy recipe. It's going to add a lot of flavor as well as a little heat. INGREDIENTS: * 1/2 cup milk * 1/2 cup mayonnaise * 1/4 cup sour cream * 1 tablespoon diced jalapeno (fresh or canned) * 2 tablespoons onion finely diced * 1 fresh garlic clove, minced * 1/2 teaspoon salt PREPARATION: Combine the milk, mayonnaise and sour cream in a medium bowl and whisk together. Add in the jalapenos, onion, garlic and stir until combined. Add salt to taste, usually about a 1/2 teaspoon is needed.

Blabbermouth!!!

I chop fresh ones up to add into my egg drop soup.
I also like to take the low fat mozzerela cheese sticks and cut in half length wise........ and spray pan with (Pam spray). I get the cheese sticks good and melty and sprinkle (browned chopped jalapeno) on top then brown them lightly. |

I love fresh jalapenos too. I can eat them whole, something I got used too as kid. I like the poppers, where you cut them in half seed them and put some cream cheese on them and wrap bacon around them, then back for about 20 min. LindaSue recip.
Salad dressing sounds awesome! |

I like to mince them and scatter them on my salad. Gives you that extra zing no matter what dressing you use.
A buddy of mine also turned my on to putting fresh pico de gallo on my eggs. Yummy! |

I grilled some chicken strips on my indoor grill for dinner. Melted some cheese on top and added some diced jalapenos. Mmmm...
