Net Carbs?
Ok so I'm still in my very 1st week of Atkins, and don't have my book yet.
Do we count carbs or net carbs? And Is net carbs: carbs-fiber=net carbs? I'm sure this is a stupid question to y'all but I don't know the answer. Thanks! |

If you're doing DANDR (the 2002 version of Atkins), you count net carbs. And yes, carbs-fiber=net carbs.
In induction, you're supposed to keep to 20 carbs or less, with 12-15 of those carbs coming from salad and non-starchy vegetables. How's it going for you so far? |
