Effects of Atkins WOE when no longer losing weight

I just read this article and wondered what those of you have been in maintenance for a while have to say about this article? Has your cholesterol changed to bad since maintenance while NOT losing anymore weight?

I did some Googling on this subject and found Dr. Michael Eade's blog where he responds to the study.

Most other studies have found Atkins is good for the heart.

well since Dr Atkins was practicing medicine and treating his pateints with the plan for almost 40 yrs you'd think if their was a cardio problem with it he would have seen it in his patients and made alteations to his plan accordingly.
