DARN NIGHTS!

Anyone have any good suggestions for when the clock stricks 9? I can do well all day and around 8 or 9 pm it is a CONSTANT battle to not eat! Maybe I need to start taking a sleeping pill around 7pm so I can be asleep by 8 lol

Have a sf home made hot chocolate. It sure helps me to stay on plan and it is something to look forward to.
Baking chocolate powder
sugar twin ( sweetener of your choice)
half/ half

Heat water, stir everything and enjoy!

Have some lc snacks on hand like boiled eggs, pork rinds, egg salad, chicken wings, etc. There are a lot of snack ideas on this board if you use the search feature.

The nice thing about lc is you can eat if you are hungry.
