Atkin's with a Egg/Dairy Allergy

I've been doing Atkin's for 3 weeks and have lost 8 pounds. I do have a mild egg/dairy/cheese allergy and I'm going to try to cut out all eggs and dairy for the next two weeks to see if it jump starts my loss.

Wondering if any of you have menu ideas that don't include cream, butter, whipped cream, egg creams, etc.

So far it's been meat, veggies and olive oil. This might be hard to stick to!!!! HELP!

The possibilities are limitless. what were you eating before you started Atkins so we know what kind of foods you enjoy?

lets see their are over 50 veggies on that list and everything from seafood to beef on the aceptable proteins. you can do asian coooking and not miss the eggs and dairy. you could do mexican and use a soy cheese if you need cheese once you finish induction and arrive in OWL. You can do italian and skip the cheese
you could do french. You can use flax sead meal as an egg sub in cooking as once warm water mixis with the ground seeds a glob is produced that can us consumed as egg whites in recipes.

I eat mainly meats and veggies. Before Atkins, cheese and milk used to give me vile migraines, but I can eat them again now within reason (no shakes).

In the morning, I'll have a sausage patty (precooked, heat in microwave). Sometimes DH will make me some bacon. I try, if I get up early, to have a veggie with every meal. So I might have a small salad or green beans along with the meat for breakfast.

Lunch could be anything from a plain Dollar-menu fast food burger, off the bun and
A Dollar menu side salad (I love Wendy's for their side ceasar salad)

Some Celery sticks and some baked chicken

Cooked leftover meat and veggie (maybe a salad, cooked veggie, or raw veggie)

Dinner is a variation on some cooked meat and veggie.

Since I'm OK with cheese I will carry cheese sticks and cooked bacon in my insulated tote bag. It goes everywhere with me.
