another way to know youre losing fat!!

heres a way for you to know that youre losing fat even if your scale doesnt move! Floating Stools!! Yup thats right... floating stools means that there is fat in it and that it is no longer in your body!! Im soooo happy to have learned this I wanted to share it with you all!

What an interesting observation. If you are eating a lot of fiber will it sink?

but the fat in the stools is from undigested fat, not body fat so how does that correlate to losing body fat?

my understanding through research on the internet is that IT IS in fact body fat and it is broken down through metabolic processes and then excreted through urine and feces. Also Dr. Oz said so on Oprah so it has to be true LOL!!

I think you misunderstood what he said cause food does not go backwards out the intestine walls. the fat in stools is undigested fats.

Floating stools usually mean you're getting great fiber content. Vegetarians who are light on dairy report almost daily floating stools. Heavy meat/carb eaters who don't get much fiber will have the bottom dwellers.

Generally, fecal odor increases with meat consumption and decreases with vegetable intake.

All I know is that I don't trust a thing from Oprah. She's been on more trends than us fat people been on carbs!

We do not expell fat as fat.

How the human body uses body fat 101
as energy
we fracture the stored fats into 3 fatty acids and on glyceride hydrocarbon molecule

the fatty acids under go oxidation and are repeatedly fractured in an energy production reaction until they reach the 2 carbon acytel Co A molecule. this molucue then undergoes TAC reactions if enough oxygen is availible and energy demand is high in cells. if not they are bundled up with some other waste molecules of the fracturing and ketones are produced.
Depending on which ketone body they are made into they are either burned for fuel if needed,or released from the body in exhaled air, saliva and or urine.

we also use some fatty acids to make other chemicals in the body like cholesterol cell memebranes, oils for hair and skin, to name a few places we use and can lose fatty acids but we do not reverse digestion and poop the fats back out.

google is a wonderful search engine but the information you obtain from it is only as good as the person who wroite the page you land on check the sources of your pages.

Yes floating stools are fat composed, but that was dietary fat that for one reason or another was not digested. it is not as you posted above body fat that was in us. It entered the mouth and failed to be digested. It isn't about weight loss

We don't poo out fat..... You are born with a number of fat cells and will die with the same. You do however deflate them (they are filled with basically water) As you lose weight they deflate, gain weight they expand. Not sure where you heard we poo it out and that it makes them float. That is so not true..

...just saying
