Which book do I buy?
Okay I found a couple of Atkins books for cheap, but I'm unsure of which is the right one for nutritional approach. Are they all the same? Please help a confused newbie!
Thanks! ![]() |

if you are new to Atkins DANDR 2002 will have induction rules in chapter 11 and the OWL carbohydrate ladder in chapter 14 with lots of science behind why we eat what we eat.
If you are ready to move to premaintenance (5-10 pounds left) then Atkins For Life would be a better choice. |
