Leg cramps

I am experiencing some leg cramping. I think I remember reading in the book about magnesium or potassium?

Did you guys experience this? What can I do?

My trainer told me to take a potassium supplement in the morning and at night. Plus drink plenty of water during the day. Also, the apple cider vinegar is helping me as well.

plug your vits and minerals into fitday plus your foods and see how deficientr you are as too much potassium can be deadly. based on my blood work my doc said during induction I needed 3 OTC potssium pills. you can use one of the no salts and get lots of potassium that way. each serving of the light salt has a much as an orange.

I had taken One tab (99mg) in the morning and one tab in the evening.

I bought mine at the Vitamin Shoppe and the brand is Twin Lab.

Most of my potassium I get is through the foods I eat.

don't know what phase of the diet you are on but soy flour, nuts, seeds, tomatoes, avocados, spinach, sardines, winter squash, plain yogurt, orange juice, and bananas are all good sources of potassium.
