Careful there - those kind of links get you in trouble pretty quick. Remember that Netrition is a big part of what makes LCF possible for us.

I'm not sure if you can delete it yourself after someone else has replied (bad Jakie!). I have had good success though myself by reporting my own thread (you can report yours by clicking here http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/report.php?p=9815742) and explaining the situation to the moderators and asking THEM to delete it. Don't stress out too much though - our admin team is AWESOME - and they understand the learning curve for new users. I speak from experience.
