adding 5gr

Hi,
After 8months on induction , i finally made it.

I need to incorporate 5more gr daily.
Any ideas what to start with?I dont want to mess it up, so im asking the professionals here
plz let me know what i can eat daily ?
my idea would be : a plain yoghurt 7gr 3 times a week , then everyday for the week after, then 3rd week have it twice three times a week, then 4th week twice daily.
Do you think this is a good start?no?
Any help is welcome.
Good luck everyone.

WOE: Atkins 2002

congrats on your great loss.

I'd suggest you read DANDR 02 or Atkins for life. In them you will find a road map for what foods to add back in what order based on known blood sugar impact. fresh dairy is a part of that adding back
the 3 times a week is an excellant idea Dr Atkins says to do it that way for all new to our WOE foods as we add back in DANDR 02 chapter 14. That way you know right away if you don't tolerate that food well and can stop eating it and regain control if any issues it causes you like food cravings or weight gain.

The first added back foods are more of those yummy induction veggies as 5 additional net carbs for the first week. then if youare doing okay comes fresh dairy, nuts and seeds, berries, alcohol, leguems fruits other then berries and melons, starchy veggies and lastly whole grains.

Have fun testing out the foods you will be eating to maintanin for life your new healtheir smaller body.

Curious: were you cheat-free the whole time? Have you been eating veggies the whole time? Congrats on your loss!

ive been eating veggies yes .i need veggies . i also had nuts as a snack .so i guess it was a semi induction.i also had some vodka on sat nights. not the whole bootle as i used to, but 4shots if max.i had fundays every end of the month(real cheat days, pizza pasta, starbucks frappuccinos, coldstone icecream).get back on track the day after.i do feel bloated ,but two days later, its all gone in the toilet.before starting exercising, it took me 4to 5 days to get rid of the water weight(sometimes 6lbs).after starting brisk walking everyday, the water weight (2lbs max) is flushed out in one day.

im happy now, because it feels so good to add up for food.im having two dairies a day now.next week im adding cream soup.100gr=5net carbs.looking forward to it cuz i looooooooooove that.
