I put everything into FITDAY (www.fitday.com) ... it counts as 1 carb for me when I get into a cup or so....

I agree with Emily and GNGR, there are trace amounts, I would count as one carb per cup.. only to be on the safe side. You are better off overcounting than under counting carbs! I love them, they are my alternative to chips, and i don't really indulge in them, but every once in a while while my friends are munching on chips I need those rinds!!!
