Before I started to lose weight on Atkins:

After losing my first 25lbs...

Hubby is deployed and boy - is he in for a big surprise when he comes home! Talk about motivation! I have about 4 months to lose 40lbs, thats do-able!

Congratulations YourHope! I gotta tell you, the change is really evident, especially in your eyes, I can see your determination. Good luck and keep the faith. I see we have the same stats/goals. If you want I can be your weight loss buddy. My nephew will be born in 4 months and I too want to lose about 40 pounds in that time.

Congrats! I lost 68 lbs since 1-16 and the first 60 in 4.5 months so you can certainly do it!

My man is deployed as well. Home in 6 mo.s., then its our WEDDING!!!! He doesn't care about those 15 lbs, but I hope he's impressed anyway when I get them gone!
