Yes! Those little carbs can add up quicker than Lindsay Lohan can end up back in rehab.

Keep track of them. Even the itty bitties.

Cleo.. I couldn't remember the count.. I know it was not a total 1 gram of carb.. so I think I used to count 1/2 gram per glass I made...

I'd be safe and go with the 1/2 gram, especially since the fake sugies can be a big a pain in the bloodsugar as the real stuff (found that one out the hard way).

A real eye-opener was finding out each 8 fl oz serving of Diet Coke has .1 carbs! It is so easy to down a carbs' worth in a day without even batting an eyelash--especially if there's an addiction!

I had actually read that the diet cokes have .3 g carb! I am counting 1 g for each three I drink (average three a day and a couple of Crystal Lite)..
totally addicted to diet coke.. my mother said my first word was Coke!

I contacted the Diet Coke company some time ago, and they told me .1 for every 8 ounces. I think fitday accounts for .3 in general for diet beverages.

I'm a fellow Diet Coke addict, so I'm going to always choose the lower of the two figures.

So how important is it then? If I did my math right - based off the .3gm per 8 fluid oz. That would meen you would have to consume 66 servings in one day to excede induction levels of 20 grams. Another spin would be 528 fl oz. or 4.125 gallons of diet coke.

If you drink this much in one day, then you truley need help!
