Being accountable
I think being accountable to someone will help me stick to plan. Last week was kinda rough, so i decided to do a 7 day clean eating...i need to get rid of all the crap i have put into my body.
I am allowing myself to eat only from this list of foods: Eggs, Tuna, Tofu, celery and lettuce, water, green tea, black coffee with no cream or sweetner. I find it easier to stick to plan if i limnit the variety of foods i eat. I also will be working out..1hr rowing machine( good for both muscle building and flexibility) and 30-40min on the eliptical or use balance ball for crunches and free weights each day. I started this plan yesterday....it was okay for most of the day i only ate tuna and celery and drunk lots of water, but i started getting craving for peanuts at night,so i had me some tuna and decided to go to bed early instead. Am glad i made it through day one . I've just finished my 1hr rowing, am getting my breath back before i go use the eliptical trainer. I plan on eating eggs and lettuce today and have some iced green tea. I will tell you all how i did today, tomorrow. Hope you all have a good lovely day. Day two went well too worked out and stuck to plan, I.E eggs+tuna mostly lettuce and some celery + 3 table spoons of olive oil
I slept in today so i never got to do my workout....but i will do it this evening ....definately...and i am looking forward to it coz i will have more time to work out. For breakfast i had 3eggs mixed with a can of tuna and some olive oil... Lunch was 2 eggs with a can of tuna some lettuce and now am snacking on celery sticks My miday snack is gonna be a can of tuna And my supper...after intense work out..i will have 2 tuna cans mixed in with a couple of eggsand 2 table spoons of olive oil...if i still feel hungry i will have more eggs. |

Day 3 went fine too....no cheating
and i did my workout too. Today is day 4, already did my rowing and i plan on using the eliptical trainer sometime this evening before supper. Still keeping to my eating plan...But i have noticed that am not really doing lowcarb the atkins way ...am tweaking it to fit me ...so i think the best thing for me to do is to start my own journal. I gotta mention though that my size six clothes that were tight last week....forcing me to do the "clean up" eating are now loose again ![]() ....so i think i will stick with this plan. ...and maybe add broccolli to the mix.....hoping to fit into my size 4s again soon i hope. DAy 6..no cheats..apart from adding in coke zero...still working out and sticking to food plan...and the pants are falling. Tomorrow is weigh in day...can't wait...but at the momment i don't really care coz the pants that were tight last week are now falling
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() and i am not gonna cheat i mean why cheat and am already seeing the results. Am actually thinking i will make this seven day to 14 days..then add in some more vegies then go to OWL..... But me happy happy happy ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
