Mandarin Chicken

Does anyone know what the carb count would be? I didn't have any sauce. I can't find it on Fitday. Thanks!

Here's the list of ingredients that I got from a cooking website:

2 chicken breasts, cut into 4 pieces
1/4 c. seasoned flour
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. oil
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice

What's done is done, but I think there were probably better choices, even without eating the sauce.

Unfortunately, all the other dishes had noodles, so like you say . . . what's done is done. Thanks for the info!!

Oh! I'm a ding-dong. I just thought to look at their site and there it was! 8g carbs in a serving and 2 g sugar. So not as bad as I thought.
