it's a food plan that I can actually do! It's not complicated and I know it will get me off my insulin eventually. Yippee!

It's allowed me to be at a weight that I can be happy with, and I've learned so much about eating well-healthy and natural. I'm cooking better foods for my family, and am happy and content. Before LC, I was grumpy and irratable. And you know how it goes if Mama ain't happy.

I can move, walk, play with my kids, have sex w/ my husband, breathe, eat, live. My blood sugars are near non-diabetic levels. My blood pressure is normal w/ meds, and soon to be normal w/o them. My skin had cleared up. I don't snore anymore and my apnea has resolved. I'm not in constant pain anymore. My painful joints have gotten better. I can get pregnant and have a healthy pregnancy and child. I'm not a complete b*tch anymore. I'm a better Mother, Wife, Friend, and person. I'm healthier. I no longer crave junk and fast food 24/7. I no longer graze and stuff my face and feel out of control where food is concerned. My changes have impacted my family - they eat healthier, and my DH and DD have both lost weight. My DS is a miracle marvel I credit to LC everyday. He's my little Atkins boy. I'm grateful that I can eat. I can actually stuff myself if I want to and I know it's healthy foods and I'll still lose weight doing it. I'm grateful that I won't be getting limbs amputated or lose my vision or die of complications from Diabetes. I'm grateful that I'm reducing my risk of a heart attack or stroke. I'm grateful that I'll be around to see my children grow up and be happy and healthy and hopefully be that active Grandma who can run around and play horsey w/ her Grandkids. I'm grateful my past is now the distant memory it is, that my present it so bright and alive, and my future is so promising.

I hope Dr Atkins knows how much and how many lives his book touched.

I'm grateful because i know it works.

I feel better, more energy, less depression. I can walk without losing my breath. I can tie my shoes without having to ask my kids to do it. I enjoy being out, not hiding inside the house all day.

i'm gratefull that someone has come up with this WOE that has helped so many people change their lives and be healthy and happy again.

i feel calm, content, and in control. i have been struggling so long.
everyday i would get up thinking about being "good" today. and by the time i went to bed , i had "failed" again and succumbed to tempations.
its not like that now. i am not hungry nor tempted and don't have to be always thinking about food, or when to start a "new" diet.
i have wasted so much $$$$$$.........

Diet Center
Formu3 weight loss
LA Weight loss
nutricounter
Richard Simmons deal a meal
Ediets
Calorie King

all have their merits, but the cravings and struggling were still there.
hunger- nobody wants to be hungry. if you don't feel satisfied you are doomed to fail.

atkins knew what he was talking about. they all see it now. this works.

This might sound corny but this woe saved my life! I was caught in a vicious cycle that was extremely unhealthy and it's amazing that sugar was the culpret! The day I read Dr. A's book I woke up. And from that point on I knew I never had to feel that intense shaky hunger again to lose weight. I still get scard every once in a while because eating this way makes me feel like I'm cheeting but as we all know that's not the case! I just wish a few other people I know could understand how great this woe is. I still think the media did a major disservice in exaggerating the fat and meat side of this woe.

Yay us for not believing everything we see on TV! or in the Media.
