Starting back on

I'm starting back on low carb, a few years ago i did it and lost 30 pounds!! I got off and gained that weight plus more, I need some positive feed back, some motivation to get back on the bandwagon. Also i noticed there's alot of cooking involved in this way of eating, are there any suggestions of ways to prepare foods so food prepreation is quick?

Good luck, you can do it!

For prep, think like the restaurants do: in other words, plan ahead! When you get home from the store, prep your veggies in advance. Cut your cheese into cubes, fry up a bag of chicken breast, brown a few pounds of meat, etc. In short, do most of your "cooking" on the weekend, then just combine and reheat all week long. It really helps me a lot, and as an added bonus, it helps keep the kitchen clean all week.

That sounds awesome! You should check out the revolution roll thread too, I think they are good for induction. I'm making two dozen of them tonight, to refrigerate.
