Gen'l Foods Int'l Coffee

I am addicted to GF In'tl Coffe Sf French Vanilla Cafe and SF Vanilla Creme. I think it kicks me out of ketosis for some reason. Anyone Else have this problem. I am a 2 time Atkins Patient! in 2003 I lost 45 lbs and kept it off for about a year. Put back 60 lbs. from 2003 to 2006 and began again in Sept. 06 lost 30 and I'm at 160 for the last 2 months - in ketosis with no weight loss. Eat around 30 carbs per day.

That stuff is loaded with crap! Not to put too fine a point on it, but it is full of fillers, fake fillers, fake cream, fake sugar, etc. DON'T DRINK IT!

Thank You for Pointing out the ingredients - It states 2 grams carbs on front of label and sugar free! I never thought it would have corn syrup in it! I just found a sale on the Celestial Seasonings Sugar Cookie tea and am going to try that! Thanks Again.

Glad to help! That non-dairy creamer is a killer!

Let us know how you're doing without it.

Make sure you read the list of ingredients on the tea!

ACESULFAME POTASSIUM
Just another fancy name for aspertame!
This is laden with chemicals. I am a firm believer that one will lose faster when they give up the chemicals. Plus, you're saving yourself from potential cancers.

I did not know this. I thought it was just one of the new "ok" sweetners. I try to stay away from aspertame. Wow, thanks.

Acesulfame potassium is not aspartame. The former is heat stable. It's also called Ace-K.

I agree with Fawn. I realize that some people may feel that chemicals/artificial additives are fine as long as they don't experience any stalls; however, the fact remains that they are still chemicals and there is no way of knowing what kind of damage they are causing until the damage has been done.
