Newby!

Hi guys! I'm new and started Atkins on Monday. I'm gonna need some support. I did this a few years back and was very successful but this time it seems like I am having a hard time with my cravings.

For the cravings, make sure you're eating enough fat and protein and drinking enough water.

And don't forget... you must get 12-15 net carbs from vegetables!

It takes a while for the cravings to go away. I hate that . Eat more legal foods in the begining. You'll find your not hungry after a while. Check out the main low carb lobby too. There are a lot of atkins people there also.

Good to meet you. Good luck! Don't worry about the cravings. It took me a while before they stopped. Now they are not so much cravings as fleeting moments of temporary insanity.

Welcome! It took longer for my cravings to subside this time around compared to my first time.

Hi and If you hang in there, in a couple of days the cravings will just be gone. I have been doing Atkins since October and was surprised when I realized that I don't crave food like I used to.
