June 1 - Re-Inducting

Anyone want to join me. After a few weeks of emotional eating due to trouble with the DH, I've decided that eating for comfort is getting me nowhere, just bloated and more miserable.
I can't control what he thinks but I can control what goes in my mouth.
Anybody wanna re-up with me?

Hi Sue. I'll join you in this. I've been struggling to get back into it after a few emotional problems too. I thought this woe had beaten my comfort eating but no....

Hi Mesquite, I would like to join . I too am starting over today. I went off of my woe because of alot of stress. I need to be able to vent and have someone who will listen. I also need to be accountable to someone. Maybe this will help me to stay on. Thanks!!!

Hey all, how is everyone`s day ??? I am doing good. So far I have had HB egg and tuna salad. I am feeling better about starting over. I think I can do it this time. I hope by July Fourth I can lose 20 pounds. I think it`s doable. You all have a Great Day!!!

I got off track over the holiday weekend but realized it's time to get back on track (for the millionth time? <wink> ) So, are we going to do pics too? I love to see pics.

Hi resolved2achieve and everyone else, I am just starting back today for the millionth time as well...I will be glad when I reach my ideal weight or atleast get under 200lbs it is killing me. I am 5"10 and 210lbs and god only knows how many I have lost over all times I have got on and got back off of this diet. Hi everyone my name is Stacie and I am a Adkins Induction Alholic
