Try a health food store. That's where I get most of my stuff. The things I can't get I order here at Netrition.

almond flour and flax seed you should be able to get at any grocery store. I beleive almond flour is just ground almonds. That is what I buy when needing almond flour.
As for sugar free syrups I have found them dificult to find but when looking near the specialty coffee in the states ( i am canadian) I found some at Kroger ( think that was it i Buffallo).
some specialty coffee shops at walden galaria had them but I was afraid to try them after buying artizan and it being horrible. My favourites are oscars, and davinci.
Do you guys have a winners? they have oscars syrups.

Just look around you should find them. If I ever go back I will try a bottle of the kroger brand just make sure you read the label for sugar free. It is hard to tell the difference on some brands.

Bulk barns are great for most other stuff. I have yet to find polyD in canada yet.

We have a Whole Foods market, which is nice to run into for a quick healthy lunch. Very expensive, and sometimes basic things like butter are just not as good as they could be. But for my low carb stuff I order from Netrition.

I buy a majority of my foods at WFM, organic to me is much safer and if I am eating animal products regularly, I like the fact that it is certified organic and grain-fed, grass-fed, free range, etc. (I also like my animals to be treated nicely before they are slaughtered LOL) True, you spend a little more, but it's worth it for piece of mind in getting the best quality of food.
