grocery list..

hello all..i am on day 4 of my induction,and i see all of these mouth watering recipes but i can never seem to have enuff ingrediants in my cubbard or fridge to make the suckers...when i buy my grocery's i usually stick to..meat, butter, heavy cream...but i dont know what else i can buy, especially being on induction..
can some of you please post your grocery list so i can copy off you guys and get my cabinets stocked for success!! id really appreciate it!

You might also want to check the Atkins website. Look at the recipe section, you can look up recipes that are good for induction, they have a whole section. Then figure out what you need to stock up on. That way you don't get too bored, just eating the basics. Good luck to you & welcome to a great way of eating!!
