WTG on the 3 pounds so far!

If you are doing strict induction, you should probably pass on the BBQ sauce for now since it's probably sugar carbs. Can you tell me the brand? Most of the sauces I find are closer to 10 carbs

Some cannot have artificial sweetners, they cause them to stall or crave!!! I on the other hand do use them. Only limited amounts though! I had BBQ ribs twice this time around and I'm on my 10th day of Induction. I Used Kraft LC w/ 3 carbs per tablespoon. I only had one serving, but the ribs were so good. I do have a Diet Mountain Dew once or twice a day or I drink Green tea w/ Splenda in it. Hope this helps. Good luck to you!!

I read somewhere that Tony Roma's has a low carb rib sauce. I haven't made it down there yet, but the article raved about it.

I guess you'd have to gauge it and see if it causes cravings for you. If the cravings don't bother you, then just count the carbs into your daily total.

Do what works for you. If you can live without it, fine. If not, don't deny things that make this WOE work for you.
