Low carb sausage...

Anyone tried these... I buy the breakfast sausagae patties because they are 80% less fat.. they taste great IMO.

Remember that Atkins is a high fat diet and you will lose more weight eating a high percentage of fat. You would be better served finding a nitrite-free, carb-free meat sausage.

Thanks G-mom, I did't realize that higher fat contain was better. I thought it was all about the carbs. I won't worrie about the fat that much anymore.
