Can someone look this over?
Hey I haven't had a menu evaluation in a while and I was wondering if I am still on the right track
:b: omlette with sausage/ham decaf coffee w/ cream and 1 splenda L: three deli slices turkey with little bit of egg salad rolled inside, 1 diet rite s: 4 slices tomato w/ 2 turkey slices w/ mayo & sf jello D: small salad with grilled chicken breast about 80oz water & vitamins twice a day |

A lot of "Frankenfoods" Sausage, ham, turkey, then more turkey.
Maybe different meats, cut up pork, Ground turkey... etc.... Other then that looks good. You may want to add more veggies though, 1 small cup isn't enough |

defanitly more veggies....are you on induction because I doubt you are getting 20 carbs a day. Also, your fat looks low. I suggest you type your stuff into fit day and see what comes up. It was an eye opener for me. Once I used it I saw I was only getting 10 carbs a day and npt enough fat, once I adjusted and rationed my %'s according to Dr A I started lossing alot better
