some questions.....
can i eat the following on induction.....
Atkins products (caramel bars, breakfast bars, bread)? diet soda ? half-&-half? i know that you're supposed to watch the aspartame, but is diet soda in moderation ok? |

they tell you not to eat the chocolate/caramel bars on induction, and even tho the bread,etc says it's ok for induction, it's really not - it definitely made me stall out - also, even after induction the candy stalled me

I agree that you need to stay away from the bars, candy, and bread on induction. Diet pop should be okay, but it should be caffiene free. Some people still drink caffeine, but some can't. Diet Rite is a good one to drink. It is really good and it is sweetened with splenda. Cream is fine on induction. Just remember to count the carbs and also remember it is high in calories.
