32 days into low carb

32 days in low carb 20 pounds lost and i cheated yesterday on mothers day i had a small portion of lasanga :0(. I felt so bloated afterward. Im back on track today and thank god i havent had ne unwelcome cravings for sugar . I dont expect to see a decrease in weight this week and im pray i dont see a increase would e nice it its stay right where its at until my body kicks back into fat burning machine but if i do gain then i will just have to work it back off. i guess we all learn a lesson sometime in our healthy lifestyle. to all of you who have never cheated more power to ya. Its a hard transfomation when u eat what you want for years and years then try and change ur ways. even though i cheated i wont use it as a excuse to do it again. back on the low carb i am and imma keep on trucking down that highway of fat be gone. i didnt change my stats i lost some last week ill keep it where it is til sunday when i weigh myself i dont want to make it lower just to have to change it higher cause i gained due to eatting off the plan. one lil pice of lasnage was sooo not worth it but now i know and wont let it happen again.

You can do it! You have tons of support here. I know how hard it is when you spend all of your life eating all the wrong things and then trying to change your way, cravings can be torture sometimes. Once you are on it for long enough, certain things fall of your diet and they are no longer crave-able. My last time around, it was Mountain Dew, potato chips and pasta. Once I got into the habit of eating better, those items never became a part of my life any more and I no longer craved them.

You lose 20 pounds already so you are on the right track, now just stay away from the lasagna

First, congratulations on 20 pounds!
Now, don't let little setbacks get you discouraged. It sounds like you have a good mindset. Don't give up.
I'm proud of you for sticking with it!
