Menu Review

This is what I had today. The cream is higher than usual, I will only have one in the morning wih my decaf or is it alright? So what do you think? Ive had a real problem with variety and considering I dont have a microwave, and have a 10 inch oven-I think Im doing pretty well. No exercise unfortunately rightnow, but that will change once I'm past induction.
Really, Im completley lost when it comes to portion sizes, my internal stop eating and hunger mechanisms.
Breakfast 8am:
2 scrambled eggs
1 tbsp butter
1 cup cucumber
1 decaf coffee
1 cream

Lunch 1:30
1 cup celery
1 small dill pickle
2 tbsp mayo (homemade with dill spice and lemon)* kinda bland, any suggestions?
1 small can of tuna (waterpacked)
1 chopped egg

Dinner 7:30
1 Boiled egg
2 cups alfalfa sprouts
4 oz chicken breast
2 cream
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp butter
BTW- I just thought of sauteeing the butter/cream/minced garlic clove and it was amazing!

My carb count is lower today. I usually have red , green peppers/asparagus/spinach. which brings it to about 20.
Thank You

It looks good to me...! Watch your veggies some people can eat more on Induction than others but you know what DA suggests. How are you cooking your ckn breast? Try extra virgin olive oil (rub it all over) and greek seasonings or herbs (no sugar or msg) and bake. Also, I use Dukes mayo which has zero carbs and sugar!
I'm proud of you...you're doing well. You may want to check the menu board for INDUCTION receipes.
Great job!

I make my own mayo too. Add a drop or two or a packet of stevia to it. You can add mustard and make it like a gourmey mayo, or bbq.

Thanks....
R2A- I bake my chicken usually, might add some italian herbs to it. I have to ask what the difference between regular olive oil and extra virgin. Is there a difference in taste too?
Diana- mustard sounds good. I can't get stevia here in Taiwan right now, or any other sweetners for that matter that I can read. hee hee.
My roomate suggested cummin. Might give that a try too.
