Glucosamine/chondroitin question
Hi Everyone
I just found this wonderful website. Just completed my 1st week of induction and am down 4 lbs. Whoo hoo, I usually have such a hard time losing any weight. My question is Dr. A. says in his book that certain medications can affect weight loss. Does anyone know if glucosamine or chondroitin has any effect. Thanks, look forward to chatting with you. |

I have been taking it for about 6 months now and have had no problem. I had taken it previously - but did not take the recommended dose. A friend of mine (also an RN) remarked that if I was not taking it according to directions - I was wasting my money. I took her adivce this time - following directions to the letter - and I have to say, the results have been amazing. Good Luck!!

Off topic - Skeeter - I Love Dachshunds..... We had a prince of a doxie for many years. He was my Best friend. We rescued him from the dog pound - he was 6 1/2 at the time. A full blood doxie with papers!! He had come from California to us in Michigan, moved with us to Tennessee then Kentucky - then back to Michigan. What a trooper. He was truly a survivor. He would sleep [b]inside of his doggie bed (a pillow with a velcro closure) his own personal sleeping bag!! Sadly, we had to have him put to sleep in January and I still have a huge hole in my heart.
