For our Atkins nutritionnist Psyllium husk

I would appreciate to know if I have to count the carbs and if yes, how many it is in each tbs of psyllium husk whole, I bought it at my natural food store.

Thank you in advance

Not sure whether you wanted to know (I'm not a nutritionalist) but I take 2 a day and it doesn't alter my ketosis stage. Atkins recomended in his book so I bought it. Good luck!

it is 100% fiber, so you don't have to count it.
