Low Carb Granola ~Allowed on Induction?
Hi everyone!
I just bought some low carb granola (soybeans, almonds, oat fiber, cinnamon, splenda). Is one serving ever few days acceptable while on Induction? Serving Size: 1/2 cup (55g) Total Carb:29g Fiber: 25g Sugar: 1 Protein:8 I think it's okay ~ minimal sugar alchols and high in fiber. I wouldn't take it everyday but from time to time. Thanks for your advice. |

You're all right. I had a little bit yesterday ~used a ketostick later in the evening when I returned home from work and sure enough it knocked me way down to level 5g of ketosis. Thank goodness I didn't eat anymore of it because I'm sure it would have knocked me out of ketosis.
I'm going to keep it straight and simple I shouldn't have veered off but it's done. Thanks for your support I guess I know better. I really appreciate you guys. |
