Greetings and Salutions

Hello everyone.

I have been lurking around for a while as I had been contemplating a new way of eating for a while now.

I finally decided on the Atkins approach so here I am. I started this new way of eating on March 24th 2005. After about 5 days I got frustrated as I hadn't lost any weight, then I started paying closer attention to what I was eating and realised that even though I was staying below my 20 carbs a day, I was nearing 2000 in calories a day. As soon as I cut down on my calorie intake I started losing weight.

So why post today and not a week ago? Well, for the first time today I ate something that I shouldn't have and I am a little bit upset about it. I am straight back on the correct eating plan as from NOW, although I know this has set me back for a few days before the weight loss begins again, I just wanted to share as I am sure it happens to everyone every now and again.

Thanks for listening.

BTW, does anyone know if DaVinci sauces are available in the UK? I hear a lot about them and see them mentioned in recipies but I don't know what it is.
