Hello - I am 42 and have Scoliosis and now Osteoarthritis threatens me even more. Is there any vitamins or natural products good for Osteo? Thanks.

Hi BJR, I think you need to do a web search! This is what many folks I know are taking and having success with: glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate. I've provided a link for you, hope it helps!
