Whats the legal amount for cheese on induction?
Am I eatiing too much cheese? Most of my meals contain cheese. I have about 4 ounces in a day. Whenever I need a sweet cheese I mix up some marscapone cheese with a packet of sweetner -, this probably brings my cheese count to about 4.5-5 ounces

I only eat hard cheese in 2 oz portions per meal weighed & measured because I couldn't stop myself from overeating cheese. I did stall when I was binging on the cheese, so stick with portion control to battle this item. I much prefer meat to cheese anyday.

Oops...I think I'm eating too much cheese per day. For some reason, I must have missed the fact that we can only eat up to 4 oz of cheese. Now I know for the future.
