What do you think about the carb count on this bread? Is it too good to be true?

Ok...I need to know if this is too good to be true. I bought Healthline Double Fiber Wheat Bread by Nature's Own. It is 10 g carbs per slice but 5g dietary fiber and 1 g sugar. Does this mean it is only 5g net carbs per slice? Or am I just dreaming and hoping? I have eaten it twice...2 slices and it did not throw me out of ketosis. Just wondering...here are the ingredients in the order listed...water,whole wheat flour, soy fiber, wheat gluten, high fructose corn syrup, yeast. Contains 2% or less of the following...cornbran,wheat bran, soybean oil, salt, dough conditioners, soy flour, natural flavor, calcium sulfate, cultered whey, vinegar, monocalcium phosphate, yeast food, oak flake topping.

Someone let me know...it really is good bread...a little spongy..but good!! I may be disappointed...but I do want to know if it is thr truth!!

WOW high fructose corn syrup Ewwwww though it is the 5th ingredient, still too much SUGAR for me.... Go easy on it.

I actually prefer Atkins Bread, like the taste better (as you can see No SUGAR of any kind) and it's 3net carbs!!! SO YUMMMMMMMY I haven't had any in months and months I have to pass it up in the store... maybe soon I'll pick up another loaf. It's so darned expensive.

There's no perfect food- that's great that it has 5 g of fiber per slice, but the high fructose corn syrup isn't so desirable.
