Misprint On your Atkins University

I was looking at your site and came across this.

When did broccoli and asparagus get off the induction list?

Don't think it is a misprint. It means you can eat more of those good vegetables than 20 carbs by adding 5 carb portions. I think the order to add food is non-starchy vegetables, berries, nuts and seeds, starchy (but not processed) carbs like whole grains, lentils, etc.

Thanks for the response BUT I beg to differ.
Adding Back" is just that. It doesn't say you can now up the
quantity.

I had posted this same question at Atkins.com and just got a response.
Don( I think that is right) just said that was going to be re-written because it was incorrect.

I agree that the wording should be changed. Confused me when I read it. Adding back is not the same as increasing the quantity of what you are already eating, it's adding back things that you quit eating for induction.

Adding back "MORE" indicates you are already consuming some.
Hense more of the induction veggies you aready are eating.
So in this case adding back does mean increasing quanity.
