I hope I didn't get it wrong???
I think I've also read that you should not use artificial sweetners on Induction -- maybe someone else knows better, but just a fyi.
I get sugar cravings all day (so going to bed is not always an option) and am on Induction to get ride of the few extra holiday pounds I seem to have gotten. They went fast but my body has hit a weight it won't go under too and I am eating 16/17 carbs a day strickly by the induction rules. So, I understand. ![]() |

I am on induction also I understand that you should use Splenda if you use sweetner and limit it to three packs a day even though it is zero carbs you should use it with caution.
