Question RE: Possible sugar allergy??

Hi,
I recently lost my 'way' during the holidays and snacked on a few high sugar treats. For the past 2 weeks i've noticed a slight rash on my arms.....never had this before....wondering if it could be due to ingesting all that sugar? Was my body thrown out of whack?

Here is what happens to me....

Body hurts to touch.... achey....
I get a little rash on my hands that are filled with a fluid. ONLY on my hands. in 2-3 places and as soon as Ketosis kicks in, it's healed and gone!!! Weird
