One more question...
I will ask this question, then I promise I will not bug you anymore today.
This one is about green tea. I drink decaf green tea. What I want to know is does the decafeination process destroy alll the good properties of green tea? Thanks again. I hope you have a great day! Martha |

Thanks for your replies. The problem is that I don't drink caffeine at all. I feel so much better since I gave it up, that I don't want to add it back to my diet. I guess I'm between the proverbial rock and hard place on this one. I've read that you have to drink a lot of green tea to get the benefits anyway, and my one or two cups a day probably don't count much. Oh well...
Thanks again for answering. Martha |
