Hydroxycuts??
I am going back on Atkins after being off it for over a year, Last time I was on it I dropped 35 pounds in about 5 months kept if off for almost a year, but with a change in job and family move, I gained most of it back, so here I am again.
My question is, I like to work out first thing in the morning, 5am, and use a fatburner called hydroxy cuts, to help me get the energy I need to get going that early in the morning. Will these have any negitive effect on the diet. They do not have carbs in them that I know about. Thanks. |

I would save your money. There's no telling what can be in the bottle of Hydroxycut, as supplements are not regulated, and there's no reason to take them anyway. You say you want energy, but that can't be found in a pill. The best source of energy is food. Try having 15 grams of protein before and after your workout. The best suggestion is whey protein that is predigested and hydrolized. This can be purchased in thick liquid forms that you can mix into herbal tea or a sugar-free drink. Good luck and congrats to you for making exercise a priority!
