Herb teas

I am an avid tea drinker, decaf or regular.
I usualy drink Rooibos tea (Red Tea)
I picked up a package from Celestial Seasonings, Fruit Sampler.

It says no carbs but some of the teas are pretty sweet.
Let me list some of the ingredients and please help me out figuring if this is something I should be drinking.
I usualy make a pot and then use it to flavor my water, so I might get 2 ounces per 32 ounces of water. But still.

Raspberry Zinger:
Hibiscus
Cinnamon
roated chicory root
chamomille flowers
blackberry leaves
raspberries
raspberry leaves

The other flavors also contain mango, apple, cranberries, natural peach flavor and sweet cherries.
The nutrition facts are:
8oz 0% carbs, 0% sugar.

With no carbs and no sugar, I don't see a problem at all! Just make sure and see if any of them have caffeine in them. If they do, you may want to limit your intake or avoid them altogether. I drink caffeine, it doesn't affect my weight loss, but some are very sensitive to the effects of it.

I would bet that it is the cinnamon that is giving it a sweet flavor. Cinnamon does have some carbs naturally in it, but the amount is miniscule in the amount that is in the tea bag, and I wouldn't worry about it.

I was going to say the Cinnamin has carbs, also the flavored ones would have Natural Sugars in them from the fruits.

I drink Caffinated Green tea, the decaf versions actually take out the benificial ingredience.

I wouldn't be too concerned, but if you want to know for sure, you should call the manufacturer and ask to speak with the food scientist who can tell you the amount, if any, to the nearest decimal. If you are aware of FDA labeling laws, a product can have a certain amount of a nutrient but still be listed as 0 if it is below how the regulation is defined. Many people find this unfair, but the FDA justifies this regulation as that you should be consuming the serving size listed and not multiple servings.
