Bloating

I have a tendancy to get bloated at times after eating a lot of low carb products. Is this normal? If so what can I take for it. Wouldn't rolaids have sugar? Its not constipation. Just a real tight stomach.

It's probably gas after eating all those sugar alcohols! Try GasX.

I believe Rolaids may even have a sugar free. Just read the labels...

Will the sugar alcohol do that? I never though to look for sugar free rolaids.

Sugar alcohols definitely cause gas, and that's what making you feel bloated. I would still go with the Gas X if you are really having issues - they are proven to work the best on gas, and are pills so there is no sugar to make them taste better. (Rolaids are more often for heart burn, etc).

Sugar alcohols cause flatulence, bloating and sometime diarrhea in excessive amounts. The meaning of "excessive" varies from person to person. You can try sugar free tums or something, but your best bet in the long run is to not eat them or to eat only a single portion every so often.

Go for an intense walk

I find that when I get bloated from eating those LC products I just go on the treadmill for 45 mins and most of the gas and bloating go away. You have to sweat.

I've decided to stay clear of that stuff because I feel so awful after eating it. Rather eat a piece of fruit satisfy sugar cravings 'cause the gas and the bloatation is unbearable.
