Meal replacement fast
Would there be any problems with drinking 3 meal relacement drinks for 3 or 4 days along with supplements ?This would be strictly a liquid diet. Hoping this would kick in wieght loss. Thanks!!

It probably would make you lose some weight, but after that, then what! I've done that myself but it turned out not to be really worth it cuz anything you eat after that will just be more calories and I gained the weight back!

Francine is right!
All that liquid meal replacements allow you to do is to be aware of the exact number of calories you are eating since the number is listed on the can. But then what? For weight loss to be maintained, you have to learn about the food you are eating and your body has to learn what amount allows it will lose weight and at what amount it will maintain that weight. If you learn about the food's macronutrient content and are aware of portion size, then that is the same thing as keeping track of the number that is on the meal replacement can. |
