How many eggs?

I know you're tired of hearing about eggs, but could you please tell me if there is an upper limit on these? I have been eating between 3-5 a day, is this okay?

Many thanks
Tracy

On his old book - this cheap yellow pocket book......Atkins has a question about eggs....its long paragraph. so mine will be a short one :-)....this book is a really a cheap one...like 4$...buy it !!!

.....".A..."Eat all the egggs you want "....studies have shown that you cannot absorb more cholesterol then is in two eggs each day. More importantly, there is a feedback control mechanism in your body so that the more cholosterol you eat, the less you manufacture......"
