Lots of people say its one or the other--they don't lose many inches while the weight is dropping and they they don't lose weight when the inches or dropping.

If you have been on induction, this could be a sort of body regrouping thing going on. I think lots of people lose kind of fast, then lose inches instead of pounds for awhile.

I don't know the science behind it, but I bet you'll start losing on the LBS soon (and probably stay at the same dress size for a bit!)

ok..well here's how it can be..

If your burning fat..yet gaining muscle..it may not show on the scale..but will in inches. Basically muscle and fat weight the same right..but muscle is more dense then fat. If your replacing fat with muscle..your shrinking in size..yet the scale may not show for awhile. This is common for many. I rarely lost inches when the scale moved..then BAM..the inces stopped and I showed a loss in lbs.

Hang in..keep working your woe..and remember..the wonderful part about losing inches..you can see them!

I like to think of it this way....the fat leaves the cells (and you lose pounds), then the fats cells shrink (and you lose inches).
