my cholesterol
Ok , I know this isnt to bad , my doctor told me to watch what i eat ,to lose weight and to "quit smokeing".UT i think i might be his gennie (spelled wrong i know) pig , anyways here are my results , can anyone tell me what to do to help keep them low on this WOE???Thank you

Hi Kath,
I just responded to the other thread you posted. In terms of your numbers, they will come closer to normal range as lose weight and after you quit smoking. Your total cholesterol should be less than 200 and LDL less than 100. You’re HDL and triglycerides are normal. This WOE will help lower your chol and LDL because of the foods you are choosing and also because you will be losing weight. You should focus on whole foods in your meal planning and your menu (in your other post) looks good. Others did give some great advice for you to follow and it is great that you are using these boards for support and motivation. Good luck and keep us updated on your progress. |
