Folic Acid 400mcg
Vit B12 9mcg
Biotin 450mcg
Panthothenic Acid 15mg

Magnesium 100mg
Zinc 22.5mg
Selenium 105mcg
Copper 2mg
Manganese 2mg

Because look at the % on the label..... some doesn't give you enough. Take Calcium for example... 200mg isn not a Daily supply.

But Diana, you don't want to aim to get your daily requirements from pills. You want to choose the most nutrient-dense whole foods and the multivitamin is for 'insurance' just in case your menu planning does not meet all your requirements all the time. Taking a multi-vitamin is a great idea. Many others also choose to take a fiber supplement. Taking mega-doses of vitamins is not a good idea because not only can it intefere with absorption of other nutrients, but it is also a waste of money. And your body doesn't always absorb what's in the pill, and absorption is much more efficient from whole foods. There are some nutrients that research has shown added benefits above what is required to maintain health and some choose to supplement for that reason. But it is not necessary, and can be dangerous, to take supplements in doses of your daily requirement.

Yes, it's a multivitamin which is an important thing to take. There are so many different ones that are available, the one you choose is based on what you prefer- in terms of brand, cost, etc.

I understand... I use it as a guide if I don't get it all from my foods!
