Water
I know this may seem like a stupid question... i know that drinking a lot of water is good for you, and helps in weight loss, but why???
i'm just wondering exactly what water does for you, and why it's so important to drink tons of it... |

If your not drinking enough water, the fat cells sees this and hangs on to what it has- causing that water retaining swollen feeling. When you drink water and keep Hydrated from it the cells see it and think - Hey we have plenty here we can let go some and Boom! Weight falls off.
