Lean Mystique?

Are you familiar with the supplement "Lean Mystique"? Do you have an opinion on it? It sounds good, but it is very expensive. I don't want to waste money on another product if it isn't healthy and helpful. Thanks in advance for your time.

Take it from someone who has spent lots 'o money on these things--they don't work! (I haven't tried that particular one but have tried several others).

I am not familiar with Lean Mystique, but just did a quick search on it to learn that it is a ‘weight management system'.

I would be cautious in purchasing any product that makes promises as this one does that it is all you need to lose weight.

While it is important to include certain supplements such as a multivitamin and fiber, these are to give ‘insurance’ that your meal planning is not causing you to miss out on any nutrients.

There are some nutrients that in certain doses have been shown that they could be beneficial, but you are getting these nutrients from food, and it is not always necessary to purchase additional products.

Your focus should be on optimizing and fine-tuning your meal planning so that you are not only learning the level of carbohydrates that you can consume and still maintain your weight, but also making sure you are including the nutrients you need from whole foods-not from pills.

I agree with Francine that it is probably a waste of money.
